Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors forum and the leadership of the party met in Government House Gombe to deliberate on National issues that concern the party as the country will hold general elections early next year.
The meeting of the PDP National Stakeholders is crucial, considering the political and other national issue that attracts the attention of most Nigerians, both PDP stakeholders still believe that their party remains the best alternative to Nigerians.
The Governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayoshe, said the party is very concern about the abduction of Dapchi school girls, he called on the Federal Government to take proactive measure to reunite the girls with their parents, the Governor made this known after the night long marathon meeting.
The PDP also claimed that the fight against corruption championed by the Federal Government is focused on the opponents to weak them.
The stakeholders meeting also accused the ruling party of Nigeria, of intimidating their members in some states of the country such as Kogi, Adamawa and Kaduna states, calling on Nigeria and the International Community to prevail on the APC to stem it from more excesses.
