HON. JUSTICE HARUNA HABILA KERENG – Hails from Kaltungo Local Government , he stated his primary at Kalaring Primary School, Kaltungo, from 1969 to 1975 he moved to Government Secondary school, Kaltungo, from 1975 to 1980 he proceed to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria from 1982 to 1986, Nigerian Law School, Lagos in 1986/1987.

His lordship stated his working career As State Counsel with Ministry of Justice Bauchi State from 1987 to 1996 then legal Adviser for DPP from 1996 to 2012. He was appointed as Judge High Court of Justice Gombe State. From 2012 to Date.

He served in various legal committees and attendants many seminars/workshops and conferences.
