HALIMA SA’ADDIYA MUHAMMAD was born on 1963, hails from Gombe local government, Gombe state she stated her early education at L.EA primary school Billiri 1969 – 1975 then Queen Elizabeth secondary school Ilorin 1975 – 1980. She Proceed to Ahmadu Bello University Zaria 1982 – 1985 and she attended Nigerian school of Law 1999 – 2001.

Justice Halima joined the service as state counsel ministry of justice Gombe she rose up to the level of high court judge 1987 to date.

Her lordship served in various legal committee and attendants many seminar/ workshops and Conferences.
