Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON has approved some key appointments to enhance State’s administration and advance its development objectives.
The Secretary to the State Government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi who conveyed the Governor’s approval, said the new appointments cover a spectrum of crucial roles, including security, social welfare programme, gender mainstreaming, educational opportunities, administrative functions, and technology-driven entrepreneurship.
The new appontees are: AIG Zubairu Mu’azu (Rtd), Special Adviser on Security Matters; Aishatu Adamu, Special Adviser/State Coordinator, Social Investment Programme; Finney David, Special Adviser on Women Affairs/ Nigeria for Women Project
and Amina Dahiru Usman Bauchi, Special Adviser on Almajiri & Tsangaya Education.
Also appointed are: ACP Ibrahim Bappa (Rtd) as Director-General & Commandant, GOSTEC; brahim Saidu Umar, Senior Special Assistant (I) on Protocol Matters and Yakubu Sarma, Senior Special Assistant (I) on General Duties.
All the appointments are with immediate effect.
