Mr. Bala Sarki, was born on 1^st June, 1968 At Kwami Local Government Gombe, Gombe state. He attended Tudun Wada Primary School Gombe from 1974 – 1980; and Government Science Secondary School, Dukku from 1980 – 1985. He then proceeded to Federal School of Arts and Sciences, Sokoto in 1985 – 1986. After a while Mr. Bala Sarki transferred his studies to Bauchi College of Arts and Sciences in 1987 -1989. Bala Sarki, obtained his first degree from University of Maiduguri from 1992 – 1995. He served his NYSC at Kanta College of Agriculture, Kebbi State from 1995 – 1996.

Mr. Bala started working as a class teacher with Gombe High School in 1996 and resigned in 2000. He secured another job with Federal government girls College Bajoga in 2000 to 2002; where he transfers his services to the Gombe state government in 2002 to date.

Currently, Mr. Bala Sakin serves as the Director Special Services & Political Bureau under the Permanent Secretary Special Services & Political Bureau.
