Was elected to the Gombe State House of Assembly in 2019, representing the good People of Pero-Chonge. Honorable Samuel started his early education at Banyan Primary School Karim Lamido Local Govt. Taraba state ,1989-1994 Senior secondary school at Govt. science secondary school, Gombe from 1994-2000. And proceeded to Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi (ATBU) FROM 2002 – 2009 Obtained Bachelor of Technology (Building Technology). Currently ongoing post graduate in Building Technology at Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria 2016 – date.He also obtained some Profession qualification from Building Institution such as  registered builder (CARBON) and Corporate member Nigeria Institute of building (MNIOB). Also, with skill in his profession include proficient in Auto CAD(2D&3D) and General computer Microsoft and designed.

Among his various achievements and experience is served in many places such as Trulf conduction Nig. Ltd as student Attachment (SIWES) in 2003. Damsal Nig. Ltd as student attachment (SIWES) in 2004. China civil Engr& construction company nig. Ltd Abuja (CCECC) in 2007, Adkam services nig. Ltd Abuja as NYSC, Adkam service nig. Ltd Abuja as civil engineer and rose to project engineer from 2010 to 2013. Federal Capital Development Authority (project staff) for one year as Builder 11. 2013. Also work at Marwina consult ltd Abuja as Manager Director since 2014 to 2018. The experience in construction of building, building production management, quality control and the use of draft software Auto CAD, also able to develop- technical expertise team working attitude and innovation skill, also work with both local and multinational companies across Nigeria. Honorable Markus Samuel is currently serving as Majority Leader and Also Chairman house committee on Housing and Transport Gombe state 6^th assembly.
