BARRISTER IBRAHIM USMAN JIBRIN – Was born on 12 may 1973, he strated his early Education at Markzul Islamiya Jankai primary school, Gombe from 1979 to 1985 Government Secondary School Nafada from 1989 to 1991 and procee4ed to  A D Rufa’I College of Legal and Islamic Studies Misau University of Maiduguri from 2000 to 2006 and Law school 2010, Masters in Law at Ahmadu Bello University , Zaria in the year 2014.

Barr. Usman stared his working career as Clerical Assistant in registry Bauchi State Sharia Court of Appeal from 1992 to 2000, he was appointed as an Area Court Judge from 2011 to 2018, he was also appointed as Deputy Chief Registrar and promoted to Chief Registrar from 2018 to date.

He served in various Judicial committee and attendant many seminar/ workshops and conferences
